About Zouch Dynamics Ltd

Zouch Dynamics Ltd is a small company dedicated to providing the class leading virtual prototyping simulation software to its customers and backing this up with high quality support, training and consultancy. Although we are a small team, we are totally committed to helping our customers achieve excellence through the application of simulation methods.

ZDL is the UK reseller for VI-grade GmbH, the software developer of a suite of MSC.ADAMS^TM based vertical applications (VI-AirCraft, VI-SportsCar and VI-MotorCycle) and VI-CarRealTime, a standalone Vehicle Dynamics simulation product suite, catering for controls engineering, motorsports and vehicle design optimisation.

ZDL is also a reseller for MSC Software products in the UK. Primarily focusing on multi-body dynamics solutions using MSC.ADAMS^TM, MD ADAMS^TM and more recently SimXpert^TM the next generation multi-disciplinary simulation  environment available from MSC Software. We also provide finite element solutions includingMSC.Patran, MSC.Nastran, MSC.Marc and MSC.Dytran, as well as the multidisciplinary MD products and new offerings that extend MSC Software capability in thermal and CFD.

With a strong practical experience in vehicle dynamics testing and road load data acquisition we are well placed to

ZDL was created in June 2006 to fill a void in the UK market for a company to provide specialist multi-body dynamics simulation related software and services. Based on a background of using MSC.ADAMS both in industry and with MDI/MSC Software we are able to offer a high level of experience in this area of simulation. We quickly became the UK reseller for VI-grade GmbH, offering the full product range as well as training, support and services.

We started out as an independent consultant providing its services to MSC Software, but soon started offering its services direct to industry.

• Shimmy analysis for landing gear for small fighter aircraft (Paper presented at 2007 VI-grade Users Conference)

• Creation of bespoke full vehicle suspension test rig (3 axle)
• On-highway heavy goods vehicle suspension loads analysis

• Providing consultancy service to support hands on vehicle dynamics testing to validate simulation models and results
